As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in delivering professional, accurate, and empathetic support across multiple communication channels.
Work Pattern
Part‑time position – 20 hours per week.
Initial on‑site training based at Dubai Festival City.
Remote working options available after successful completion of training and onboarding.
Rostered shifts aligned with call center operating hours.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Provide high‑quality customer service to patients and internal stakeholders.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using automated systems.
Respond to patient inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, live chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Provide accurate information about clinic services, doctors, and operating hours.
Verify insurance eligibility using insurance portals and follow regulatory protocols.
Escalate urgent or complex cases appropriately and coordinate with relevant teams.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and patient privacy standards.
Contribute to lead conversion and appointment booking targets.
Participate in training, quality improvement initiatives, and team activities.
Maintain punctuality, schedule adherence, and care of call center equipment.

Who You Are
Emirati national with a valid family book (mandatory).
Some prior experience in customer service, call center, or patient support roles.
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
Comfortable handling phone‑based and digital customer interactions.
Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems.
Ability to multitask, manage call volumes, and remain professional under pressure.
Customer‑focused, patient, and solutions‑oriented.
Based in Dubai and able to attend initial on‑site training at Dubai Festival City.
