Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Operations Assistant to support the onboarding of service providers and manage day-to-day platform operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and operating in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a six-month contract assignment, with the possibility of renewal.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to and onboard new service providers onto the BuzzBusy platform
  • Guide service providers on how to use the platform effectively
  • Respond to customer and service provider inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up on job requests and ensure smooth communication between customers and providers
  • Investigate and resolve complaints from customers and service providers
  • Manage and update the web-based admin portal
  • Support basic operational tasks including tracking bookings, invoices, and payments
