About the Role
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to handle client interactions, ensure service satisfaction, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage customer concerns efficiently, especially within healthcare or service-based environments.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
🔹 Provide accurate information about services and ensure customer satisfaction.
🔹 Maintain strong communication with clients in English and Arabic.
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
🔹 Maintain records of customer interactions and prepare reports.
🔹 Follow up with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
🔹 Support daily operational coordination when required.
