Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Customer Service Representative to join our delivery app team. Your role is to support customers, answer their questions, and help solve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or the app.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, phone, or email.
  • Help customers with order tracking, payments, and delivery updates.
  • Solve problems quickly and professionally.
  • Work with Operations team to resolve delivery issues (if needed).
  • Report common problems to the team to help improve the service.
  • Follow company guidelines and maintain a helpful attitude.


Working Conditions:

  • Rotational Shifts.
  • 2 days off in the middle of the week.
  • Working hours of official holidays according to work requirements and calculating the additional wage according to the law of the Labor Office.

  • Good communication skills in Arabic/English languages.
