Record and update daily operation data for warehouse inbound, outbound, delivery, POD, returns, and exception cases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and records, and make sure data is complete and submitted on time.
Check data between physical documents, system records, and Excel sheets to make sure all information is correct and matched.
Pay attention to missing records, wrong entries, duplicate entries, quantity differences, and timing problems, and report them in time.
Organize and file both hard copy and soft copy documents, such as receiving records, dispatch records, POD, exception notes, and reconciliation documents.
Keep files clear and in good order, including file naming, filing, and version control.
Help prepare simple written documents such as exception reports, data summary sheets, process records, and reconciliation sheets.
Work with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to check data and complete missing information.
Complete other tasks related to data entry, reporting, and document filing as assigned by the manager.

· Able to check data, not only enter data.
· Able to find obvious problems and report them.
· Able to prepare basic paperwork such as daily reports, weekly reports, exception notes, and reconciliation documents.
· Good in Excel, WPS, or Google Sheets, including basic formulas, filter, sort, and summary.
· Experience in warehouse, logistics, admin, reporting, reconciliation, or data work is preferred.
· Basic English reading and writing is preferred.
