The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will play a key role in driving the strategic people agenda for a diverse, multi‑sector organisation undergoing expansion and transformation. The role will provide group‑level leadership across talent, performance, organisation development, and HR operations.

Key responsibilities will include:
Lead the full HR strategy for a regional workforce of 8,000+ employees.Drive organisational transformation, digitalisation of HR, and performance/talent management frameworks.Redesign compensation & benefits, implementing structures that incentivise performance.Strengthen recruitment practices and elevate talent acquisition capability across all business units.Partner closely with multiple GMs and senior leadership to influence business direction.Oversee payroll, employee relations, grievances, and HR operations across multi‑site business units.Build capability within the HR team, elevating standards and developing strategic HR capacity.Support readiness for future IPO plans through organisational and people initiatives.




Profile

A successful Chief Human Resources Officer should have:
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven expertise in strategic HR leadership within large organisations with 5k+ head count.Strong Middle East experience is essential.Industry exposure within construction, retail, manufacturing, facilities management or hospitality.Strategic HR with depth in human capital, talent, performance, and organisational design.Strong gravitas; able to present confidently, influence senior leaders, and communicate with conviction.Able to challenge constructively, introduce modern HR practices, and bring strategic vision.
