HR Specialist

Key Responsibilities & Job Requirements (HR Position)


Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.

Interpret and implement Saudi labor laws and related regulations to ensure the company’s legal compliance.

Administer employee files, labor contracts, attendance, payroll, and benefits.

Assist in employee relations and provide consultation and support on HR policies.

Support HR leadership in completing relevant reports and cross-departmental coordination.


Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources; experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

Proficient in Saudi labor laws and local HR practices.

Fluent in written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are an advantage.

Strong cross-cultural communication skills and team spirit.

Proficient in MS Office and human resources management systems.
