Job description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Training & OD Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing employee development initiatives that align with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage the Annual Training Plan in alignment with business needs
  • Identify training needs through performance analysis and stakeholder consultation
  • Design and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Support and execute Succession Planning strategies
  • Develop and maintain Career Path frameworks across functions
  • Coordinate training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide continuous improvement recommendations


Skills

Requirements:

  • Oil & Gas, Mining industry is preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in training and development, OD, Performance Management
  • Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, IDPs, succession planning, and career pathing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
