HR Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist, HR Officer, or HR Generalist to join our HR Department in Kuwait. This opportunity is ideal for Kuwaiti nationals who are passionate about Human Resources and committed to fostering employee engagement while contributing to a strong and progressive organizational culture. The role is particularly suited for male candidates who are fresh graduates or professionals with up to six years of relevant experience.

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their HR requirements and implement effective, practical solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.

• Support training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
• Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance to staff and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Conduct exit interviews and support retention improvement initiatives.
