Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and handle all correspondence (emails, calls, letters) with professionalism and discretion.
• Travel Management: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Household & Lifestyle Management (if applicable): Assist with personal errands, manage household staff schedules, coordinate home maintenance, and handle personal appointments.
• Event Planning: Organize and coordinate personal and professional events, including guest lists, venues, catering, and logistics.
• Financial Administration: Process invoices, track expenses, manage reimbursements, and assist with basic budget management.
• Communication & Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and visitors, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Document Management: Create, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
• Project Assistance: Provide support on various projects as needed, conducting research, preparing presentations, and compiling reports.
• Discretion & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of personal and professional life.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software/tools.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Proactive and resourceful, with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
