Job Overview
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for handling employee-facing HR services and ensuring accurate processing of employee requests, attendance, overtime, deductions, and other payroll-impacting entries prior to payroll execution. This role ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations while supporting a positive employee experience and effective HR operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
Experience in handling attendance, overtime, payroll-related entries, and HR transactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle employee inquiries, grievances, and sensitive cases with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills across multiple stakeholders.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (SAP or similar).
