The Bidding Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering and bidding process, ensuring the submission of competitive and compliant proposals. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to gather required information, prepare technical and financial proposals, and ensure submissions are completed within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:• Analyze tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and bid requirements.
• Prepare and compile complete bid submissions including technical, commercial, and financial proposals.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal, and other relevant departments to gather accurate information.
• Develop pricing structures and support in cost estimation as required.
• Ensure bids are compliant with customer requirements and company policies.
• Maintain a database of bids, pricing, and historical data for future reference.
• Track tender announcements and maintain bid calendars.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for internal approvals.
• Ensure timely submission of bids through online portals or physical delivery.
• Support post‑tender clarifications and negotiations as required.
