Summary:
The HR Analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR data to provide insights supporting HR decision-making. They will collaborate with the HR team to identify trends, create reports, and offer recommendations to enhance HR processes.
Job Responsibility:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to detect trends and offer insights for decision-making.
- Produce reports and presentations to communicate findings to the HR team and senior management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key HR metrics.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather data and ensure its accuracy.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest recommendations to the HR team.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and propose implementation recommendations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
- 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
