Business Manager – Sales & Account Management (Data & AI Solutions) Location: Hyderabad, India Level: Mid-Level Reports to: CEO Xenon7 is seeking a Business Manager with a strong blend of sales execution, account ownership, and consulting experience.
You’ll work directly with enterprise and mid-market clients to help them adopt Xenon7’s Data & AI solutions — including automation, enterprise AI deployments, model development, data engineering workflows, content intelligence, and AI-powered transformation initiatives.
About the Role This role suits someone who can open doors, navigate complex organizations, and act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through their Data & AI roadmap.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Own full sales cycles for Data & AI services and platforms — from prospecting to close.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline across key verticals (pharma, life sciences, insurance, healthcare, BFSI, manufacturing, etc.
). Deliver tailored demos, value propositions, and transformation proposals.
Develop commercial models and negotiate contracts.
Consistently hit quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Account Management Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned enterprise accounts.
Drive adoption across data engineering, AI/ML, workflow automation, and analytics use cases.
Identify expansion opportunities and lead upsells/cross-sells.
Oversee renewals and ensure long-term client retention.
Partner with delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Consulting & Solutioning Lead discovery workshops to understand data landscape, pain points, and AI maturity.
Translate client problems into actionable Data & AI solution architectures in partnership with technical teams.
Build business cases, ROI analyses, and phased transformation roadmaps.
Present insights to C-suite and senior stakeholders confidently.
Internal Leadership Advocate for client needs and partner with product/engineering to influence roadmap priorities.
Contribute to sales playbooks, proposal templates, and repeatable go-to-market frameworks.
Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members.
Required Experience 5–8 years in a client-facing revenue role.
Proven experience in both sales and account management (non-negotiable).
Mandatory consulting background (Big 4, boutique consulting, or equivalent).
Experience selling or delivering Data & AI projects — such as: Data engineering Machine learning solutions AI platforms / automation solutions Analytics and insights platforms Enterprise digital transformation Strong track record of engaging CXOs, VPs, IT leadership, and business heads.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of regulated industries (pharma, life sciences, medical devices, insurance).
Familiarity with LLMs, MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise data stacks.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
MBA or equivalent is a plus but not required.
What Success Looks Like Meeting or exceeding revenue goals consistently.
Growing enterprise accounts with meaningful upsell and multi-year partnership expansions.
Being recognized by clients as a strategic advisor, not just a vendor.
Smooth delivery and high NPS from accounts under management.
