Role Description



This is a part-time / freelance, commission-based role for a Business Development Executive, based in Dubai, UAE. The role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys field sales, networking, building relationships, and closing B2B deals.

You will be responsible for identifying and approaching businesses across the UAE that may require company setup, licensing, visa processing, or related corporate services. You will manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting to signed agreement, while building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.

This is a flexible role with uncapped earning potential, suitable for professionals looking for a high-reward opportunity alongside their current commitments.



Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and approach businesses across the UAE that may require corporate services.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and direct outreach.

Pitch Instacorp’s company formation, licensing, visa, and government service solutions based on client requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to client conversion.

Conduct basic market research to identify potential business opportunities.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive tailored solutions and a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifications

Based in the UAE with a valid visa, own visa, freelance permit, or sponsored visa.

Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate services, or company formation is preferred.

Strong lead generation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Ability to understand client needs and present suitable business setup solutions.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Existing professional network in the UAE business community is an advantage.

Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools is a plus.

Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
