Senior Manager - Technology

As the Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Wholesale Digital Team at Mashreq Global Services. 

• Your expertise will be instrumental in managing sprint planning, task allocation, and ensuring the timely delivery of squad goals on UI. 
• With a focus on frontend performance, you will utilize AppDynamics and Google Analytics to proactively identify and resolve issues. 
• Additionally, you will uphold security and compliance standards, especially for customer-facing features, and drive process improvements in development workflows.
• Enforce the Development Standard Procedures and Guidelines.
• Responsible for the Code review before the delivery.
• Responsible for the delivery of the assigned tasks on time.
• Enforce the company’s policies and procedures
• Provide the support to the team members in carrying out the work.

• Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and squad goal delivery.
• Monitor frontend performance using AppDynamics and Google Analytics.
• Ensure all deliverables meet security and compliance standards.
• Drive process improvements in development workflows.
• Champion best practices in accessibility and frontend architecture.

• Mentor and guide team members, providing constructive feedback.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, with 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of frontend performance monitoring tools.
• Experience with security and compliance standards, especially in a digital context.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
