In this role, you will act as a Center of Expertise (COE) within the Group HR function, responsible for the design, governance, and continuous optimization of talent acquisition frameworks across the MENA region. You will ensure alignment with global standards while enabling regional teams to enhance hiring capabilities, improve efficiency, and address complex recruitment challenges.


Role & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Framework & COE Management

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment frameworks, policies, and tools
  • Localize global recruitment standards to align with MENA labor markets and regulations
  • Develop workforce planning strategies and resource allocation plans
  • Establish standardized hiring methodologies (structured interviews, competency models, assessments)

Business Partnering & Capability Building

  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring strategies
  • Coach and support HR teams and hiring managers to enhance recruitment capabilities
  • Improve job descriptions, role clarity, and selection criteria
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

Governance, Monitoring & Compliance

  • Establish recruitment monitoring and evaluation mechanisms
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure adherence to standards
  • Track key metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost efficiency)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and localization requirements

Critical Hiring & Problem Solving

  • Lead or support hiring for key, senior, or urgent roles
  • Address complex hiring challenges (talent shortages, market constraints)
  • Support cross-border and expatriate recruitment processes
  • Manage and optimize recruitment channels and vendor partnerships

Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct talent market research and competitor analysis across MENA
  • Monitor hiring trends, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks
  • Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights
  • Support implementation of digital recruitment tools and systems
