About the Job:

Support the development and delivery of ADNOC L&S’s sustainability strategy across maritime, offshore, and logistics activities. Lead the L&S Sustainability Report, coordinate sustainability planning and KPI management, and deliver the annual L&S Carbon Plan. Maintain a forward-looking perspective that incorporates climate-transition analysis, scenario thinking, and long-term pathway development, while enabling progressive integration of broader sustainability domains (e.g., circularity, water stewardship, responsible supply chain, digital enablers, marine/biodiversity).


Key Accountabilities


  • Coordinate sustainability frameworks and multi-year roadmaps across L&S activities.
  • Drive annual planning cycles; define milestones, budgets, KPIs, and track progress.
  • Monitor sustainability initiatives (efficiency, operational optimisation, pilots) in coordination with executing functions.
  • Lead preparation of the Sustainability Report, including data integration, drafting, review cycles, and assurance support.
  • Conduct climate and transition-risk analysis including scenario modelling, exposure mapping, and business-impact assessment.
  • Translate climate-scenario insights into implications for fleet, offshore, and logistics operations and integrate into Carbon Plan and Energy Plan workflows.
  • Develop strategic approaches for circularity, water stewardship, supply chain responsibility, digital enablers, and marine/biodiversity.
  • Own the annual L&S Carbon Plan: coordinate inputs, validate modelling outputs, compile assumptions, and deliver timely submission.
  • Support benchmarking, horizon scanning, scenario modelling, and business case development.
  • Coordinate with the Specialist, ESG to ensure strategic priorities and performance are reflected in external disclosures.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related discipline  Master’s preferred.
  • 3–6 years in sustainability/strategy within maritime/industrial/logistics contexts.
  • Experience in planning cycles, KPI management, and performance tracking.
  • Sustainability report preparation (content, data integration, assurance support).
  • Climate/transition analysis (basic scenarios, exposure mapping, pathways).
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional inputs for Carbon Plan delivery.
  • Solid analytics and business case support (benchmarking, options appraisal).
  • Collaborative stakeholder engagement; clear written and verbal communication.
  • Working knowledge of GHG/energy performance concepts.
