Job Purpose
Support institutional compliance with CAA/MoE and international accreditation requirements by conducting detailed verification of evidence, supporting audits, and delivering accreditation‑related training. Ensure academic and operational units maintain continuous readiness and alignment with quality assurance standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct systematic verification and validation of accreditation evidence, self‑study inputs, and compliance documentation against applicable CAA/MoE and international standards.
  • Support preparation, review, and organization of institutional licensure and program accreditation submissions.
  • Participate in and support external audits, site visits, reviews, and follow‑up action tracking.
  • Act as a verifier within internal quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of evidence.
  • Support continuous accreditation readiness by monitoring gaps, risks, and improvement actions.
  • Liaise with accreditation specialists, program teams, and quality units to ensure timely and complete submissions.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline.
  • 6-9 years’ experience in higher engineering, education accreditation, quality assurance, audit, or compliance.
  • Working knowledge of CAA licensure and accreditation standards, MoE policies, and international QA frameworks.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation review, and evidence validation skills.
  • Experience delivering training, workshops, or guidance sessions on standards or compliance is preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across academic and operational teams.
