Job Purpose
Provide institutional leadership for national (CAA/MoE) and international accreditation and licensure to ensure continuous compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards. Lead accreditation strategy, audits, and documentation while driving quality culture and continuous improvement across the institution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage CAA/MoE institutional licensure and program accreditation, as well as international accreditation frameworks (as applicable).
  • Ensure sustained compliance with CAA Standards, MoE regulations, international accreditation requirements, and QFEmirates.
  • Oversee preparation, validation, and submission of self‑studies, compliance evidence, and accreditation documentation.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate external audits, site visits, reviews, and post‑review action plans.
  • Serve as the institutional focal point with CAA, MoE, international accrediting bodies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of accreditation specialists and verifiers, ensuring consistency, rigour, and quality of evidence reviews.
  • Monitor accreditation risks, ensure ongoing readiness, and embed continuous quality improvement practices across academic and operational units.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Assurance, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in higher education accreditation, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance, including exposure to international accreditation.
  • Strong working knowledge of CAA licensure and accreditation standards, MoE policies, audit methodologies, and international QA frameworks.
  • Proven leadership experience managing accreditation teams, documentation processes, and multi‑stakeholder engagements.
  • Provide expert oversight of technical training content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with vocational and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and instructional excellence across all technical programs.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, Technology, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in technical education, vocational training, or applied industrial training, with proven leadership responsibility.
  • Strong expertise in program governance, quality assurance, and curriculum development for technical and foundation programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing large academic teams, stakeholder engagement, and innovation in training delivery.
  • High digital literacy, with exposure to AI-enabled learning and modern training technologies.

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Education, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years’ experience in partnerships, commercial training services, or business development.
  • Proven success in revenue generation, KPI ownership, and break‑even or cost‑recovery models.
  • Strong commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, and team leadership capability.
