Who Are We Looking For?

An active and experienced Sales Manager to work with clients in the UAE


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualify inbound leads in CRM, conduct calls (inbound/outbound), and deliver online product presentations.
  • Prepare customized commercial proposals in collaboration with support from senior management.
  • Analyze sales performance, optimize processes, and improve conversion funnel metrics.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in B2C sales (construction experience preferred but not required).
  • Fluent English (Advanced); Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, office tools, and working with PDF documents
  • Deep understanding of sales processes: from delivering presentations and negotiating, to improving funnel metrics and effectively closing deals
  • Analytical mindset, proactivity, and results-driven approach.
