We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within the country for our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) portfolio. This role will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies, managing sales teams, and driving growth across key channels including modern trade, traditional trade, and wholesale. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the local FMCG market, excellent leadership and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to deliver sales targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with major ACCOUNTS and retail partners, overseeing trade marketing activities, managing in-store execution, and ensuring product availability through close coordination with supply chain. The role also involves setting and monitoring KPIs, analyzing market trends, and optimizing sales processes to maximize performance. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 8–12 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales, including 3–5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
