Job description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of engineering projects, while ensuring that they are completed on-time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute MEP installations at construction sites.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with civil, consultant, and other suppliers to align site works with overall project schedules.
- Monitor site progress, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and ensure timely execution.
- Conduct quality checks, inspections, and testing of mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and local regulations.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Prepare reports and documentation on site activities, progress, and safety compliance.
Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
Overall knowledge in all MEP services but specializes in HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems.
Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP coordination.
Driving License
Experience: 5 years and above in construction projects (residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure).
Education: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
