Sales Manager | مدير المبيعات

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve dealership targets.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle key client relationships.
  • Generate reports on sales performance and forecast future sales.

المهام الوظيفية:

  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الوكالة.
  • قيادة وتدريب وتحفيز فريق المبيعات لتحسين الأداء.
  • متابعة اتجاهات السوق وتحليل المنافسين لاكتشاف الفرص.
  • ضمان رضا العملاء وإدارة العلاقات مع العملاء الرئيسيين.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء المبيعات وتوقعات النمو.



Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years in automotive sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM/DMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

المتطلبات:
