Role: Learning & Development Officer (UAE National)

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and manage Learning & Development programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop annual learning plans to support employee capability building.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, reporting, and continuous improvement actions.
• Maintain learning records, training budgets, and ensure compliance with UAE national development initiatives.
Requirements:
• UAE National with minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training roles.
• Strong experience in training needs analysis, program delivery, and learning evaluation methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
