About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Chartered Accountant to join our Lucknow office. The ideal candidate will oversee financial reporting, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable standards. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial strategy and operational excellence across our organization.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP and IFRS
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
Oversee direct and indirect tax planning, compliance, and filings
Conduct internal and statutory audits, identify risks, and recommend improvements
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and controls

Required Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant qualification from ICAI
3–10 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, taxation, and auditing
Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, and tax laws
Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)
Proficient in Excel for financial analysis
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading a small finance team or mentoring junior staff
Advanced certification in IFRS or GST
Familiarity with internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX)
Exposure to financial process automation and ERP implementation
Ability to develop and present financial reports to senior management
Demonstrated project management or process improvement experience
