Job description

We're seeking an experienced digital marketing and web development team or expert to elevate our online presence and performance. This is a multi-channel, A-to-Z engagement focusing on SEO, web enhancement, ads, social media, video content, and local search optimization specifically targeting the Dubai/GCC market.

Skills

A. Website Enhancement (UX, Speed & Security)

  • Upgrade our React-based website
  • Optimize homepage, product pages, detail pages
  • Implement mobile-first responsive design
  • Ensure fast loading (Core Web Vitals)
  • Image and asset optimization (WebP, AVIF, minified code)
  • Set up SSL, firewall, and reCAPTCHA
  • Maintain SEO-friendly URLs and clean codebase

B. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

On-Page:

  • Bilingual keyword research (English + Arabic)
  • Meta data optimization, header structure (H1–H3)
  • SEO for provided images (ALT tags, filenames)
  • Add schema markup (Product, Review, FAQ, LocalBusiness)
  • Internal linking and sitemap setup

Off-Page:

  • Build high-quality backlinks (guest posts, outreach)
  • Improve domain rating (target DR 40–60)
  • Run monthly backlink audits
  • Execute local SEO:
  • Google My Business optimization
  • Submit to directories like Yello.ae, Citysearch.ae, ReachUAE.com, Connect.ae, etc.
  • Arabic-language optimization
  • NAP consistency across platforms

C. Competitor Research

  • Benchmark 3–5 competitors (e.g., Mahmayi, Ofis, IKEA Dubai)
  • Analyze keyword gaps, content, backlinks, UX, ad strategy
  • Provide actionable competitive insights

D. Google Ads (Search & Display)

  • Keyword and audience segmentation
  • Landing page creation for campaigns
  • Campaign structure and ad testing
  • Set up tracking (GA4, GTM, Pixel)
  • Deliver monthly ad performance reports

E. Social Media Marketing

Organic:

  • Content strategy for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • 4–5 posts/week
  • Caption, design, and hashtag strategy
  • Performance tracking

Sponsored:

  • 2–3 campaigns/month
  • Ad creative, targeting (UAE/GCC), budget optimization

F. Short-Form Video Marketing

  • Video creation for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
  • Use product images (provided)
  • Video types: product highlights, workspace tips
  • Provide monthly scripts & content calendar

G. Product Photography & Visuals

  • Post-process supplied images:
  • ALT tagging
  • Background clean-up & resizing
  • Integration into web & social content

H. Professional Branding Presence

  • Setup/optimize company profiles:
  • LinkedIn
  • Pinterest
  • Houzz
  • WhatsApp Business catalog

I. Directory Listings

  • Submit to UAE/local/global directories:
  • Yello.ae, Citysearch.ae, ReachUAE.com, Connect.ae, DubaiOnline.ae

J. Analytics & Reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in eCommerce, especially furniture or home decor
  • Fluency in digital marketing tools (GA4, Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Ability to handle bilingual (EN/AR) SEO and content
  • Experience with React websites preferred
  • Based in or familiar with Dubai/GCC digital landscape
