Job description

Compensation: AED 7,500–15,000/month + Performance-Based Bonus up to AED 35,000/month

We are a UAE-based marketing firm that provides full-service digital marketing support to fast-growing international fashion and lifestyle brands. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Generalist who can lead and execute data-driven campaigns across email/SMS, paid media, content, and eCommerce platforms.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who can balance strategic thinking with precise execution across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage full-funnel campaigns across Klaviyo, TikTok, Meta, and Shopify
  • Coordinate product launches, from campaign setup to live execution and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and customer support to ensure campaign readiness
  • Build and refine systems for campaign tracking, creative testing, and audience segmentation
  • Continuously optimize for conversions, ROAS, and customer engagement


Skills

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within DTC or eCommerce sectors
  • Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo, Shopify, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage timelines and deliverables independently and cross-functionally

Preferred:

  • Experience in content creation or creative direction
  • Understanding of launch strategies, drop models, and online buyer psychology
  • Interest in youth culture, fashion, or pop culture markets
  • Interest and knowledge about trending anime
