Dispatch Coordinator

Health & Safety

• Lead by example in promoting a culture of health and safety across teams.
• Conduct safety talks, report near-miss and safety violations via iCare.
• Enforce use of PPE and adherence to SOPs for all operations.
• Ensure safe working environments in all plant and shipping areas.

Environmental Management

• Comply with all environmental regulations and internal procedures.
• Report non-compliance or incidents to supervisors.
• Collaborate with technical and plant teams to reduce waste.
• Maintain cleanliness in and around batching plant and shipping offices.

Operational Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with Customer Service, Plant Supervisors, Shippers, and Workshop to optimize dispatch operations.
• Ensure batching plant is operational with adequate raw material supply.
• Flag and communicate any production or delivery delays proactively.

Customer & Order Management

• Personally manage the order lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and delivery commitments.
• Update stakeholders on delays and provide corrective solutions.
• Report customer complaints and ensure issue resolution.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure accurate material handling and batching per design specifications.
• Monitor quality indicators and support Technical Department initiatives.
• Minimize raw material loss and maintain production quality.

Maintenance Support

• Coordinate with Maintenance team and Shippers to ensure equipment readiness.
• Report performance issues or downtime immediately.

Internal Collaboration

• Actively participate in interdepartmental meetings and improvement initiatives.
• Uphold internal controls and compliance with company policies (COBC, Anti-Bribery, etc.).
