Job description
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Associate to join our growing team in Dubai. This person will be responsible for receiving packages, inspecting and documenting each item, managing our inventory system, and shipping items out to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving & Inspection:
- Receive DHL and Fedex packages on a daily basis
- Inspect items for accuracy, damage, and quality upon arrival.
- Verify item details against purchase documentation.
Documentation:
- Photograph each item (according to brand and quality guidelines).
- Upload item photos and details into the inventory management system.
- Tag and label items properly for tracking and organization.
- Take picture of receipt and document into system.
Inventory Management:
- Log all received and dispatched items in real time.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage area.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping:
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping.
- Coordinate with couriers or delivery services for local and international shipments.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders.
Communication & Coordination:
- Communicate with the sales and operations teams on item status.
- Proactively flag any issues with incoming items or delayed deliveries.
