As the Branch Manager you will play an integral role in operations of our cafe chain. Your
responsibilities will include being part of the daily operations working directly with your Manager
and along side your team members to ensure the cafe runs at the optimal efficiency. You will be
required to work closely with the bar, front and back of house teams to ensure we provide
exceptional service. Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Operations Management: Overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, policy
compliance, problem solving and maintenance .
Financial Performance: Responsible for achieving business goals, maximizing profitability,
managing budgets, and preparing financial reports.
Team Leadership: Assist in interviewing, training, conducting performance reviews, supervising,
and motivating staff to maintain high performance and morale.
Customer Experience: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent
service and resolving any issues efficiently & professionally.
Business Growth: Proposing & Implementing strategies to acquire new customers and grow
the branch’s local presence.
Reporting & Communication: Providing updates and performance reports.
Inventory & Stock Management: Ensuring optimal stock levels, maintaining accuracy, auditing
weekly inventory reports, discrepancy resolution and wastage control.
Cash Handling & Reconciliation: Managing daily cash, credit transactions, and (POS) systems,
including reconciling registers, preparing deposits, and resolving cash discrepancies.
Menu & Pricing Management: Analyzing product mix and category sales to optimize the menu,
adjust pricing, collaborating with the head chef and/or head barista to create specialized
menus for events. and introduce items for seasonal menu updates.
Events Operations: Supervising mobilization, set up, event staff during the event to ensure
service standards are met.
Administrative: Ensuring all cafe , business and staff documentation, licensing, certifications
and paperwork is valid and up to date. Staff scheduling & attendance,
Site Maintenance: Ensuring equipment is working properly and arranging repairs where
required, scheduling internal and third-part deep cleaning, scheduling all maintenance services
including but not limited to HVAC servicing & repairs, coffee equipment servicing, kitchen
equipment servicing, pest control, grease trap cleaning.
Branch Audits: Visiting and conducting scheduled on-site inspections and Audits for other
branches around UAE.
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the café or F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license (required).
• Understanding of specialty coffee and café operations is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with UAE food safety standards and health regulations.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Khorfakkan.
