As Business Development Support Coordinator, you will report into the META Business Development Director and join a high-performing commercial team that is instrumental to our continued success at Cambridge English. This is not a simple administrative role – we are looking for a high-performing commercial operator with sharp analytical instincts and strategic thinking.


About the role

As the Middle East, Africa, Türkiye (META) Business Development Support Coordinator, you will provide vital coordination and high-level commercial support to the Business Development Director, ensuring operations and reporting across the region are data-rich, commercially sound, and executed at pace.


This role includes:

  • Owning sales and business reporting across the region, using Salesforce and other tools to produce high-quality dashboards and analysis.
  • Drawing insights, identifying trends or gaps in sales performance, and making proactive and meaningful commercial recommendations.
  • Leading data validation processes and ensuring Area Sales Managers and sales teams are held to account on accuracy and rigour.
  • Acting as the lynchpin between our in-market Business Development Director, Area Managers, Learning & Assessment Consultants, and internal teams.
  • Supporting occasional administrative needs such as coordinating travel or expense processes for the Business Development Director.


Additionally, you will:

  • Support the seamless execution of business development initiatives and help prepare strategic plans, presentations, and pipeline reviews.
  • Contribute to regular performance monitoring and KPI reporting to help the team stay on track, master the use of Cambridge systems (including Salesforce, Business Objects, SAP, and PowerBI)
