Job Summary


Here O Donuts and Coffee LLC is seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Manager to lead the growth of our wholesale and corporate sales across the UAE. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, cafés), retail chains, and distributors, while expanding Here O’s footprint in the premium donut and bakery segment. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales expertise with a deep understanding of the UAE foodservice market.


Key Responsibilities


1. Business Development

  • Identify and onboard new B2B clients including cafés, hotels, corporate offices, airlines, catering companies, and retail groups.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand HereO Donuts’ presence across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

2. Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling (custom flavors, bulk orders, private label).

3. Sales Execution & Operations

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

4. Product & Brand Positioning

  • Promote Here O’s product range including fresh donuts, seasonal items, and custom branded orders.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop B2B offerings.
  • Represent Here O at trade shows and industry events (e.g., Gulfood).

5. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies.
  • Analyze customer needs and trends in the UAE bakery and dessert segment.
  • Provide feedback to management for product innovation.
