Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with experience in software or IT sales to support our sales operations in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client interactions, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of the sales process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing software proposals, quotations, and contracts
  • Manage end-to-end sales coordination, including order processing and documentation
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide timely updates
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
