Job Description


Ain Finance, a fast-growing SaaS accounting platform in the UAE, is seeking a Sales Manager to build, structure, and scale our entire sales department.


We are looking for a hands-on sales leader who can set up a high-performance telesales engine, build a team from scratch, and drive consistent revenue growth in the UAE SME market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the complete sales and telesales department
  • Recruit, train, and supervise telesales agents and sales staff
  • Develop sales scripts, KPIs, workflows, and reporting systems
  • Set up and manage a structured cold calling and lead generation system
  • Source and manage UAE business databases and calling lists
  • Drive team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
  • Implement CRM systems and optimize sales pipeline efficiency
  • Work closely with management to achieve revenue growth targets


Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission: 5% on overall team sales
  • Performance Bonus: AED 5,000 bonus upon achieving AED 100,000 monthly sales target
