Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage performance, drive revenue growth, and actively contribute to closing key deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team (indoor, outdoor, or both)
Set targets and monitor team performance against KPIs
Drive the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing
Step into strategic or high-value deals when needed
Improve conversion rates across all stages (lead → appointment → quote → close)
Ensure consistent use of CRM/ERP systems and reporting tools
Analyze sales data and optimize team performance
Candidate Profile
Leadership & Experience
Proven experience managing a sales team
Background in retail, consultative sales, B2B/projects, or a mix
Experience handling different sales environments and team structures
Sales Performance
Strong track record of achieving revenue targets
Experience with deal sizes ranging from mid to high value
Familiarity with short and long sales cycles
Metrics-Driven
Comfortable tracking and improving KPIs such as:
Closing rates
Lead to appointment conversion
Quote to close ratio
Average order value
Systems & Tools
Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Odoo)
Comfortable with reporting tools and sales tracking systems
Sales Involvement
Ability to balance team management with hands-on involvement in key deals
Language
Fluent in Arabic and/or English (both preferred)
