Job description

Who We Are
OPLOG is the tech engine behind seamless e‑commerce fulfillment for top brands across Türkiye, Europe, and the US. By fusing in‑house software with robotics and automation, we erase the line between the physical and digital worlds—delivering post‑purchase experiences that turn customers into fans and giving our clients an unfair competitive edge.
We’re building a world-class robotic fulfillment ecosystem, and we’re looking for curious minds to shape the future with us.

About the Role:

We’re scaling—fast. Our platforms, robots, and data pipelines need to move even faster.

The IT Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the company's IT infrastructure, managing user support requests, and playing an active role in daily IT operations.
What You'll Do:

Track and resolve user support requests through the IT service management platform

Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows, macOS, and Linux client devices

Conduct basic troubleshooting for endpoint and network-related issues

Complete IT processes for new employee onboarding and offboarding

Maintain IT equipment (printers, handheld terminals, barcode scanners) at warehouse locations

Keep IT documentation up to date

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems

Knowledge of basic network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to visit multiple sites (Dilovası - Tuzla FCs) as required, actively engaging with different locations to understand operations, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to on-site processes
What We Offer

  • AI‑assisted coding & LLM licenses – build smarter, faster
  • Paid vacation in your first year – no waiting period
  • Birthday day off – celebrate you
  • Private health insurance – from day one
  • Shuttle service -  your commute, covered
  • Meal card – lunches on us
  • Learning budget – for courses, books, and conferences
  • English courses – grow your communication skills globally
