Job Summary:
We are hiring a bilingual (English & Arabic) Zoho/Odoo Presales Consultant to support our software solutions sales cycle. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding business processes, and designing tailored Zoho solution demos (CRM, Desk, Books, etc.). This role demands technical and functional understanding of the Zoho ecosystem and strong communication skills to interface with C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and automation needs.
- Design and present tailored Zoho/Odoo solution demos (CRM, Desk, Books, Inventory, etc.) that address specific client pain points.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, solution documentation, and scope of work.
- Handle RFP/RFI responses, technical clarifications, and proof-of-concept (PoC) environments.
- Communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders (IT Managers, Directors, Business Owners) to explain both technical and business value.
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest Zoho/Odoo product updates, customization options, and industry best practices.
- Occasionally participate in industry events, webinars, or client site visits as needed.
- Developing solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and product & competitor landscapes.
- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's.
- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process.
