Job description

We are a Zoho & Odoo Partner specializing in CRM, ERPs, and enterprise-grade solutions for large organizations. We provide customized implementation, automation, and integration services tailored to businesses for all industries including but not limited to real estate, large service sector companies, and enterprises. We are looking for a Account Manager/ Business Development Executive who can generate leads, engage enterprise clients, and drive sales for our solutions through proactive outreach.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target enterprise-level clients, including but not limited to real estate firms, large service-sector businesses, and established companies that require Zoho/Odoo solutions.
  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and direct client engagement.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand business requirements and position Zoho/Odoo solutions effectively.
  • Work closely with clients to propose customized Zoho/Odoo implementations, addressing CRM, workflow automation, ERP integrations, and business process automation.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Develop strategic relationships with decision-makers, IT heads, and business owners to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Stay updated on Zoho’s/ Odoo's latest features, updates, and enterprise solutions to provide informed recommendations.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline, track leads in CRM software, and ensure regular follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with Zoho/Odoo implementation specialists and technical teams to align client needs with solution delivery.
