🔍 Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will support our sales team by providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle — from understanding client requirements to delivering customized proposals and product demos. Your input will help shape winning solutions and ensure a seamless transition to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, including scope, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Conduct compelling product demos and solution presentations.
• Design solution architectures aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs with comprehensive technical content.
• Stay informed on emerging tech trends and innovations.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in a pre-sales role within the IT services sector.
• Solid understanding of IT solutions like cloud computing and software development.
• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
• Proven customer relationship management and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics and Generative AI technologies.
⭐ Preferred (Nice to Have):
• Background in low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Nintex K2, OutSystems).
• Experience with automation technologies or the software development lifecycle.
• Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, PMP, etc.)
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
• Experience across various industry verticals.
