Position Overview


We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Account Manager to be part of the team leading global partnerships in KSA. This pivotal role will involve collaborating with the rights holders, sponsors, and stakeholders to deliver world-class sponsorship activations and drive value for our client. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sponsorship consultancy, esports partnerships, and activation planning, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering outstanding results.


Core Responsibilities


Annual Planning


  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual plans for sponsorship properties, focusing on key moments throughout the year.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize value for the client through fan engagement, employee involvement, and partner touchpoints.
  • Align planning efforts with overarching client objectives, ensuring strategic alignment across all properties.

Sponsorship Activation


  • Lead the operational delivery of sponsorship activations, ensuring seamless execution for both public and employee-focused events.
  • Bring creative and innovative ideas to activation plans, enhancing engagement and impact.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver memorable sponsorship experiences.

Property Evaluation


  • Evaluate potential new sponsorship opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to inform client decisions.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to assess the value and alignment of sponsorship opportunities with client goals.

Sponsorship Rights Tracking


  • Manage and track complex sponsorship agreements, ensuring full utilization of rights and benefits.
  • Maintain detailed records of rights usage and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Evaluation & Review


  • Set KPIs for sponsorship campaigns and lead the evaluation of results against these metrics.
  • Prepare comprehensive evaluation documents, including results analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Client and Team Management


  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact.
  • Organize and lead project and status meetings, sharing clear agendas, notes, and action points.
  • Build collaborative relationships within the team, delegating effectively and supporting team members in achieving their goals.

Strategic Planning and Delivery


  • Understands strategic planning and objective setting for allocated sponsorship properties.
  • Organize brainstorm sessions and research to deliver innovative activation strategies.
  • Engage with communication and digital marketing experts to amplify sponsorship activations.

Project Management


  • Lead project teams, including colleagues, client teams, suppliers, and contractors, to deliver activations on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, invoicing, and purchase orders.
  • Oversee the implementation of campaign touchpoints, including rights delivery, talent appearances, live activations, digital/social strategies, PR, and communications.

  • Proficiency in crafting impactful presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) for client and internal use.
  • Experience working with rights holders, suppliers, and agencies to deliver sponsorship projects.

  • Proven experience in account management, sponsorship consultancy, or related roles.
  • Preferred experience working with UAE or KSA government clients.
  • Knowledge of esports is a significant advantage.
