Designation: Senior Project Manager
Desired Candidate: A very relevant experience in fit out for commercial interior projects
Skills: Project management, Microsoft Office, Communication skills, Vendor management, Team management
Key Responsibilities:
● Overseeing overall construction and timely completion of interior projects assigned,
● Identifying work front, required labour count and managing a team of 3-4 Site supervisors to ensure the timely execution and quality of each project,
● Engaging with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of materials and execution on the client site also understanding their concerns and taking necessary actions
● Day to day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints,
● Ensure adequate labour and sub-contract resource is available on site utilising the agreed agency list
● Requisition of all materials, and overseeing the deliveries. Ensure they are done in adequate time, in line with the construction programme and procurement schedule,
● Ensuring management of any unforeseen delays,
● Plan and efficiently organise the site facilities and logistics, ensuring all equipment on site is fit for purpose and only operated by appropriately trained staff,
● Ensure workmanship and material standards are achieved in accordance with specifications, building regulations, health and safety legislation as well as quality standards,
● Ensuring flawless and regular documentation for the management and clients
● Reviewing project plans and specifications and working with building design schedule, possible cost saving measures and potential construction problems
● Assisting estimator in preparation of project budget

Required Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture or related field
● 6+ years of relevant experience in commercial interior fit-out projects
● Proven track record of delivering office / retail / commercial projects end-to-end
● UAE / GCC project experience preferred (DIFC / authority-driven environments is a plus)
● Strong understanding of fit-out execution (civil, MEP, joinery, finishes)
● Ability to read and interpret drawings (IFC, shop drawings, MEP layouts)
● Experience in project scheduling & planning tools (MS Project/Primavera/Excel-based trackers)
● Strong knowledge of material procurement, vendor coordination, and site logistics
● Familiarity with local regulations, authority approvals (DIFC, DM, Civil Defense)
● Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
● Strong control over timelines, budgets, and quality
● Hands-on experience managing site supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams
● Strong vendor and contractor management capabilities
● Proficiency in project documentation, reporting, and client communication
● Ability to handle client-facing discussions confidently
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
● Working knowledge of AutoCAD
● Exposure to ERP / project tracking tools is a plus
