A leading real estate development company is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager – Client Representative in the field of road and infrastructure development to join our team for a major project in Saudi Arabia-Riyadh
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the Client in managing and supervising project execution.
• Act as the main liaison between the Client, Consultant, Contractors, and Authorities.
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with time, cost, and quality requirements.
• Review and approve project schedules, reports, and technical submissions.
• Manage contractual matters including variations, claims, and correspondences.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead progress meetings and prepare official reports for senior management.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum 15–20 years of experience in Road & Infrastructure Projects.
• Proven experience as a Client Representative / Project Execution Manager.
• Strong knowledge of contract management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
