IT Specialist – Systems, Support & Client Solutions (in Software, Systems, and Computers)

Smile Agents is seeking a highly capable IT Specialist to support and optimize our internal systems, software solutions, and digital operations. This role goes beyond traditional IT support — we are looking for someone who can bridge technology with people, ensuring smooth operations while confidently supporting both internal teams and external clients.

You will play a key role in maintaining our systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting the implementation and presentation of software solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot company systems, devices, and applications
  • Support and assist in the implementation and usage of software solutions
  • Support and deliver software demonstrations and client onboarding sessions
  • Work closely with the sales team to support client presentations and technical discussions
  • Support client-facing technical discussions, demos, or onboarding when needed
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and proper documentation of IT processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and system-related issues efficiently


Working Hours

  • Sunday to Thursday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
