Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing support to both managers and employees. Assist in setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and handling employee development.
HR Administration & Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with Saudi labor laws and company policies. Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle all documentation related to employment contracts, leaves, and benefits.
Payroll & Benefits Management: Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement. Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, allowances, and other welfare programs.

HR Systems Management: Proficiently manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR tools to track employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR operations. Experience with systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus.
