Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Administrator to manage our daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in Saudi labor regulations, possessing hands-on experience with the QIWA platform and end-to-end payroll processing. You will ensure that our workforce management is compliant, efficient, and supportive of our organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities


1. Payroll & Compensation

  • Manage GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) subscriptions, additions, and removals.
  • Handle monthly deductions, overtime calculations, and expense reimbursements.

2. QIWA & Government Relations

  • Manage the QIWA platform for contract authentication, employee transfers, and professional title changes.
  • Monitor and maintain the company’s Nitaqat status and Saudization levels.
  • Stay updated on the latest regulations from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD).

3. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection and system entry.
  • Maintain digital and physical employee files, ensuring all records (Iqamas, Passports, Insurance) are up to date.
  • Manage leave requests, attendance tracking, and disciplinary records.
