We are currently seeking a talented candidate for the position of Payroll and Recruitment Specialist to join our Drilling Operations in Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing while also supporting the full recruitment lifecycle requirements of the Drilling Operations.
Responsibilities:
• Process monthly payroll accurately and in timely manner.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salaries, benefits, deductions, overtime, incentives, and bonuses.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports for finance and management review.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly and confidentially.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Draft, review, and publish job descriptions and recruitment advertisements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
• Support offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, candidate records, and hiring documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in payroll processing and recruitment
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication English Skills (both oral and written).
