Operational Management
Oversee end-to-end operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service deliveryManage patient flow, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize utilizationEnsure high standards of patient experience and service qualitySupport clinic setup, soft openings, and continuous operational improvements
Clinical Coordination
Act as a liaison between management and medical teamsCollaborate with physicians on clinical workflows and case discussions (non-practicing role)Support implementation of clinical protocols and quality standards
Team Leadership
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of ~60-70 staff, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative personnelOversee workforce planning, performance management, and staff developmentBuild a strong, collaborative, high-performing team culture
Financial & Performance Management
Own and drive clinic performance, including P&L responsibilityMonitor KPIs such as patient volumes, service utilization, and operational efficiencyIdentify and implement initiatives to improve revenue and control costs
Compliance & Regulatory
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards in Saudi ArabiaManage licensing, audits, and regulatory requirementsMaintain relationships with relevant authorities and insurance stakeholders

Profile
A successful Clinic Operation Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree in a medical or healthcare-related field (Master's preferred)Minimum 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within primary care, ambulatory care, or polyclinic settingsSaudi nationals preferredArabic language skills are mandatoryProven experience managing a large outpatient healthcare facilityStrong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation in Saudi ArabiaExperience managing large, multidisciplinary teamsExposure to P&L / revenue responsibilityExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skillsCurrently based in Dammam or willing to relocate
