Job description
Job Purpose:
Lead the strategic sales and business development activities for the company’s Mobility and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Drive growth, partnerships, and client engagement in alignment with national mobility goals and smart city initiatives (e.g., Vision 2030, NEOM, The Line, Red Sea Project).
Role Reports to the Vice President of Mobility
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for ITS and smart mobility solutions across KSA.
- Lead national and regional sales efforts; identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Develop strategic partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders (e.g., MOT, Transport General Authority, municipalities).
Business Development
- Drive market intelligence and identify growth areas in smart transportation, urban mobility, EV infrastructure, tolling, parking, and traffic management systems.
- Lead RFP/tender response strategy and submission.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, visibility, and thought leadership initiatives.
Client Management
- Build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and government authorities.
- Conduct high-level presentations, negotiations, and project scoping discussions.
Strategy
- Contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth roadmap for the business in KSA.
- Develop & maintain progress reports including KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics for the region.
