Branch Supervisor

Job Title: Branch Supervisor (Restaurant & Coffee Shop)

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Mohammed Khalaf Al-Otaibi Group is a company that owns and operates a chain of well-established 

brands in the restaurant and café industry, delivering high-quality dining experiences and exceptional service across its outlets.

We are currently looking for a Branch Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations (restaurant & coffee shop)
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff (service crew, baristas, and kitchen team)
• Ensure high standards of food and beverage quality
• Manage customer experience and handle complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory and control stock levels
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• Manage cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reports
• Coordinate between front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, including handling government inspections (Balady, Labor Office) and maintaining valid licenses
• Prepare weekly staff schedules and manage shifts efficiently
• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations
• Train new hires and ensure smooth onboarding
• Achieve sales targets and increase average check through upselling and cross-selling
• Control operating costs and minimize waste
• Supervise receiving of supplies and ensure quality standards
• Build strong customer relationships and enhance loyalty
• Ensure proper implementation of opening and closing procedures
• Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed
• Prepare periodic reports on performance, sales, and operational challenges
• Monitor service speed and reduce customer waiting time

Requirements:

• Male , Muslim
• Previous experience in restaurants or cafés
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations (Labor Office, Balady, and health inspections)
